Achievements

RANGOTSAV:

Students of Grade I to X participated in Drawing, Painting, Collage Making and Hand Writing Competitions .Out of 600 participants 73 Students won the Prizes. Topper of the Art Contest E. Karthik of Grade III won a Bicycle as the first prize. We are waiting to receive the Gifts & Medals .

Hindi Olympiad:

Language is the essence for communicating and conveying message with appropriacy. Being Indians, it's our responsibilities to intensify our national language skills in the children. In consideration of it, Oasis School of Excellence, Shamshabad have encouraged the students to be a part of Mahatma Gandhi Hindi Prachar Sabha Competitive Examination. Nearly 503 students have participated. It is a huge number and the school received a perplexing result of "Adarsh Patashala Puraskar" accompanied by "Adarsh Pradhanacharya Puraskar" for the Oasis School of Excellence, Shamshabad Principal, Smt. Uma Devi and 12 students have received medals and certificates as a confirmation of qualifying the Hindi Bhushan Competitive Exam.

ECAT – English Competency Analytical Test - is an English language assessment blended with National Level competition taken by thousands of students every year. It assesses the knowledge, understanding and application of skills like reading comprehension, formal and functional grammar, language usage, vocabulary and reasoning. The test was conducted at Oasis School of Excellence, Shamshabad on 29.11.18. The students of Grades II to IX have participated in this competitive exam to explore their language skills and SEVEN students have succeeded in winning medals along with certificates by qualifying in the English Competitive Test.
VVM: Students of Grade VII-IX have participated in Vignan Vidhyarthi manthan Online Exam was conducted on 28-11-2018.Results were declared on 15.12.2018..The following are the Toppers of school :Sara Ali,Jayanth class-VII,Kosutab Dhoule,H.Harshitha,Krish Golcha of class-VIII

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS:

Two students M. Manisha of Grade X and Charan Sai of Grade VIII were selected for CBSE Essay writing competition and received participation certificates from CBSE Board.
Two students M. Vaishnavi and K. Rakshitha of Grade IX were selected for CBSE Painting Competition and received participation certificates from CBSE Board.
Successful completion of LOC for grades IX and X.

SPORTS EVENTS ACHIEVEMENTS FOR 2018 - 19:

National Level Selections:

In CBSE Cluster 7 Volleyball Tournament, the school Volleyball team bagged 2nd position.
N. Harshitha participated in CBSE Boxing tournament, awarded with Gold medal and selected for Nationals which are held at Haryana.
Sai Teja participated in CBSE and SGF Boxing tournament, awarded with Gold medals and selected as National level player.
Sanjay Chary selected as National Level Boxing Player for Soft Ball.
Sumanth of IX B is selected in CBSE National Baseball Sports category.

State Level Selections:

In 64th SGF Hockey tournament three silver medals were achieved by Pavan, Keerthi and Pooja of Grade IX B and selected for state level.
In Yung Mudo Martial Arts competition conducted by CBSE, Under 17 category three students of grade IX are selected for State Level,, Under 14 category five students of grades VI and VII are for State Level,
Manith of Grade X, Abhishek and Prathyusha Kumari of Grade VIII were selected for State Level Caroms.
For Under 14 Category & 17 Category of Handball Tournament, three students under each category are selected for State Level.
For Softball, 15 students are selected for State Level.
For Baseball, 6 students are selected for State Level.

Intra-mural Competitions for 2018 – 19:

Inter House Sports Competitions was declared open on 03 August 2018. In lieu of this, the school has segregated the students into four groups. The school has named the four houses with the names of the missiles -- Agni, Akash, Brahmos and Pruthvi, which were brought into existence by our well-known former President and famous Scientist Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Considering the healthy keep up with the physical fitness of the students, the school celebrated the Inauguration ceremony of the Inter School Competitions in the charismatic environment of the school premises.
The sports categories in which all the students from grades KG to X participate actively are: General Sports -- Cricket, Handball, Hockey, Throw Ball, Volleyball, Basketball, Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Athletics, Sack Race, Potato Race, Hula Hoop Race, etc., Martial arts – Karate, Taekwondo, self defense (especially for girls) and Gymnastics. Inter-House Gymnastics Competitions was declared open for grades III to IX The National Level and State Level Sports Competition are yet to be participated and results are pending for declaration.
