Joining the Oasis Family: A Simple and Structured Process

Application Form:

Obtain the application form from our school office during working hours. Our friendly and approachable staff are ready to assist you, answer your initial questions, and guide you through the first steps of the process.

Necessary Documents:

Once you’ve completed the form, please attach the following documents to ensure a complete application:

A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
A valid Aadhar Card copy for identification purposes.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, if applicable.
A Caste Certificate (if applicable), mentioning the sub-group.
Three recent passport-size photographs of the student.

These documents are crucial for maintaining accurate records and complying with educational board requirements.

Registration Fee:

A non-refundable registration fee, payable along with the completed application form, helps us process your child’s application for further evaluation. This nominal charge ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to give each application due consideration.

Mentor–Student Interaction:

We believe in understanding each child as an individual. To facilitate this, we encourage every applicant to participate in an open and friendly discussion with one of our experienced mentors. This is not a test, but an opportunity for us to learn about your child’s strengths, preferences, learning style, and aspirations.

Admission Confirmation:

Following the mentor-student interaction, shortlisted students will be offered admission. To secure your child’s place parents are required to complete the final admission formalities by submitting the required fee within the stipulated timeline.
