Admissions & Fee

The Admission Criteria and Fee Payment Schedule at Oasis School

At Oasis School, we are committed to providing a nurturing academic environment where students can work hard and succeed. We welcome students from Nursery to Grade X, and our admission process is designed to ensure that each student is placed in the class that is most appropriate for their age and academic readiness.

The eligibility criteria for admission to Oasis School are based on the child's age as of March 31st of the year of admission. The minimum age requirements for each class are as follows:

Nursery 3+ Years
LKG 4+ Years
UKG 5+ Years
I 6+ Years
II 7+ Years
III 8+ Years
IV 9+ Years
V 10+ Years
VI 11+ Years
VII 12+ Years
VIII 13+ Years
IX 14+ Years
X 15+ Years
In addition to the age requirement, we assess each child’s learning readiness during an interaction session, especially for pre-primary and lower primary classes. For students applying to higher classes, we may evaluate their previous academic performance and basic subject understanding.
Our fee payment schedule is clearly laid out for both new and continuing students. For new admissions, the first installment of the school fee must be paid at the school office within the specified dates communicated by the administration. For existing students, the fee structures, installment dates, and methods of payment are communicated at the beginning of every academic year through fee circulars.
We offer multiple and flexible modes of fee payment, and due date alerts are sent to ensure that fee payment is structured. Fee payment can be accepted through cash, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

The fee payment schedule is divided into three terms

  • April to July – to be cleared by April 5th
  • August to November – to be cleared by August 5th
  • December to March – to be cleared by December 5th

The installments are due on April 5th, August 5th, and December 5th.

Parents are advised to keep the fee receipts for future use and ensure that all balances are paid before exams or certificate collection. Late fee payments will incur a nominal penalty as per school policy.

In conclusion, our admission criteria and fee payment schedule are designed to ensure that each student is placed in the most appropriate class and that parents are aware of the financial obligations from the beginning.
